Mae Super Junction MOSFET 600V (SJ MOSFET 600V) ‌ yn lled-ddargludydd pŵer datblygedig

dyfais sy'n arbennig o addas ar gyfer cymwysiadau foltedd uchel yn y dosbarth foltedd 600V.

Mae'r ddyfais hon yn adnabyddus am ei gwrthiant isel a chyflymder newid uchel, sy'n gwneud
